Eating Vegan at Disneyland Paris

The vegan options at Disneyland Paris have come a long way since I last visited in 2011! Most food places have at least one vegan option of some description, and although there was a noticable lack of mickey-shaped vegan treats I definitely didn't go hungry.

The menus at Disneyland Paris are pretty well labelled with Veggie and Vegan options. Allergen matrices are available on request at the locations, but unfortunately they no longer provide a full ingredient list so it's hard to tell if theres any allergens in the food beyond the top 14 allergens. It's also worth noting that they really don't do any food customisations here; everything comes exactly as described, so no asking for them to not put pickles on your burger or taking the cheese off something!

What I ate at Disneyland Paris in 2026

This is everything I ate at Disneyland Paris. Note there's a few options that I haven't mentioned because they have soya in that have great reviews that I would recommend if you're able to, such as the Chili from Cowboy Cookout and the Vegan Burrito in Case de Coco, both in Fronteirland.

Colonel Haithi's was our favourite!

For full context I was there for 5 days, and we didn't eat at any sit down resturants, only the quick service ones (they are very expensive and as someone with a soya intolerance I don't think there was anywhere with a menu that wouldn't have made me ill :( )
Our absolute favourite place we tried was Colonel Haithi's Outpost in Adventureland. It serves both Mickey Pizzas (not a vegan one unfortunately) as well as indian food. The vegan options here were:
  • Lentil Dahl menu - lentil dahl, rice, vegan naan and a cold drink - 18 euro
  • Vegetable pakora - 6.5 euro
  • Onion bahjis - 6.5 euro
  • Fruit bag - 4 euro
  • Vegan magnum - 4 euro
  • Iced mango - 4.8 euro
A lot of the quick service places had meal deals

Another favourite for a more hearty meal was the Hakuna Matata Resturant, also in Adventureland. This had a beany stew called a Chakalaka that was full of flavour and made for a filling lunch.

Vegan Chakalaka from Hakuna Matata Resturant

The vegan options here were:
  • Chakalaka meal - Chakalaka with a cold drink, 18 euro
  • Hakuna salad - 7 euro (note: contains peanuts)
  • The fruit bag and magnum mentioned above

Vegan nuggets and chips from Toad Hall

Another highlight was Toad Hall in Fantasyland - they do fish and chips, and the vegan options is vgean nuggets and chips. This was nice and comfort food! It even came with vegan tatre sauce (though I wasn't a fan unfortunately)

Vegan nuggets from McDonalds in Disney Village

The McDonalds in the village also had the same nuggets as at Toad Hall, so this is a good option for after you've been to the park! Just bear in mind that it is absolutely rammed in the evenings

The only negative experience we had was at Au Chalet de la Marionnette in Fantasyland. They have a vegan beyond burger, but they ended up giving me the meat one and then argued claiming that's what I ordered (the person serving me helped me to explain that wasn't right!) The food here was mid at best even with the correct order so I personally wouldn't eat here again.

Vegan snacks at Disneyland Paris

The vegan cookie is sold at a few different places across both parks!

I want to start with my favourite - the vgean cookie! This is a chocolate chip and hazelnut cookie that is prepackaged. It can be found at a few places across both parks (I found it at the mostly vegan van in Disney Adventure World near the Tower of Terror, and the Old Mill by the storybook ride in the main park). I kind of wish I'd got a few more to take home now ...

The fresh popcorn sold in the parks is vegan (and so is the shop bought one if you can't find a cart), so you can enjoy some while watching the fireworks.

I believe the pretzels are technically vegan by ingredient, but I got to watch in horror as they took a plain pretzel and shoved it in the oven surrounded by cheese-covered ones. Maybe they would give you one that hadn't been warmd up if you ask but if I'm honest I was scared after the Pinocchio resturant refused to make any changes to the burger, so I'd avoid this if cross-contamination makes you woozy (I would have done if I knew how they were prepared!)

There's also some vegan snacks available in the shops - popcorn as previously mentioned, candyfloss, some of the lollypops (look out for E120 in anything pink or red and avoid), and some different teas too.

There are 2 ice creams available; the vegan magnum and the Ben and Jerry's vegan cookie dough. Just be aware that the van that serves the latter outside Disney Adventure World puts it in a non-vegan cone with no warning, so stick to the one served in a tub to be safe.

Vegan Breakfast at Disneyland Paris

Starbucks in the village and train station do plant based milks

This was the hardest meal to deal with in the park - I believe the hotel buffets did have some options, but I wasn't really prepared to pay 30 euro to find out. I ended up having vegan pain au chocolat that I brought with me from home and some granola we found in the Val d'Europe that's only one stop away on the train from the parks.

There's a coffee machine in the hotel rooms but no milk (I recommend this oat milk powder, it worked wonderfully!). The Starbucks in the village does oat milk so you can get your latte fix there, but I couldn't see any vegan food there unfortunately. Just double check they give you plant milk as one of the times I was given dairy and only realised once I'd drunk some.

  • Read through all the menus on the Disneyland Paris website and make a plan for which ones sound good for you
  • If you want to eat at sit down resturants, make sure you book them as soon as possible
  • It is probably worth taking the train one stop to Val d'Europe to stock up on some snacks and breakfast foods if you're staying in the hotel
  • If you're not sure about something ask to see the allegens.
